Mix one serving (approximately 1 level scoop) of C4 Ultimate® with approx. 350 ml of water (adjust to your preference) 20-30 minutes before training. Some people may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is due to beta-alanine. Use only as directed.

Discontinue use immediately and contact a physician if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not use this product for more than 8 consecutive weeks. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. This product is sold by weight, not volume.
